Your conference registration includes all conference activities from November 15-18, 2022. Take advantage of discounted rates with early bird registrations and by bringing a colleague to the conference.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations made prior to September 19, 2022 will receive 100% refund of the fees paid. Between September 19, 2022 and October 3, 2022, you will receive 85% refund of the fees paid. Cancellations received after October 3, 2022 are not subject to refund.

How much is the registration fee? Click here for pricing information. Will there be training offered at the conference? Yes. Optional training sessions will be offered during the day on Tuesday, November 15. Choose from Administrative User Training or Advanced Edit User Training. There is an additional fee to participate in these sessions. To sign up for training, please check the appropriate box during the registration process. (Please note that the availability of training classes is subject to minimum class enrollment. Please bring your laptop with you to these sessions.) Can I bring a guest to the conference? Attendees registering for CORE 2022 can bring a guest for an additional US $475.00. Guest fee includes continental breakfast, lunch and evening networking event on the days in which you have registered for the conference. During the registration process you will have the chance to add guests.

During this session you’ll get in-depth training generating professionally formatted reports, automating report creation and dissemination as well as setting up advanced searches. This session has applications throughout GEMS and an understanding of this functionality is recommended for anyone looking to set up workflows within the system (e.g. Approvals or Verifications, Dashboards or Access Levels). Optional GEMS Training: Advanced Edit User Training

Introduction to GEMS is an all-day session designed for new GEMS users or users with little experience. The course will explore the basic functions of the system to ensure you get the most from the conference sessions offered throughout the week.
